OUR PRINCIPAL: Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). First qualified in 1985. Made a Fellow of the Institution in 1987, the highest grade of membership reserved for the most experienced chartered surveyors.
Member of The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT). Our firm is a registered CIAT Chartered Practice.
European Building Expert (EurBE) and a member of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB). .
EXPERIENCE: Over 40+ years experience in architecture, building surveying and project monitoring. In his career Martin has designed housing estates of up to 1200 units as well as one-off, custom houses. Martin worked for 4 years as a Building development manager project-managing superstores and industrial warehouses all over the UK and Ireland. When a Partner in the Clark Hatt Quirke Partnership he was responsible for all major projects including Magna Park, Lutterworth where Distribution Centres were built for AVON, VOLVO, etc. Martin has worked in France, Canada, Ireland and the US on architectural and surveying projects.
In 1995 Martin's firm was commissioned to produce digital plans of 130 superstores all over the UK. Up to date: In 2021 we surveyed a £15M 7-storey Central London villa using a laser-scanning specialist.
CLIENTS: Since setting up Albion major clients include The Howard De Walden Estate in Marylebone, London, The Grosvenor Estate in Mayfair and Belgravia, London. and Harrow & Welwyn Councils, plus numerous small and large companies and individuals.
We work in association with the largest Building Surveying consultancy in Singapore, owned and managed by a dynamic and highly competent Chartered Surveyor, Chin Cheong FRICS who trained in the UK.
